man... what a day.... sooo tired

pretty boring classes today which almost made me break my new years resolution.. the funny thing is i don't remember if i have or not.. but i don't think i have..

my new years resolution was no sleeping in class and i don't think i have slept in class since january :) and i've never really accomplished any new years resolution before so hoping that I can say i did this one :)

newayz.. what did i have.. sociology and botany was pretty dull and boring... food chemistry was fun but newayz.. not going ot talk bout school

so i come home like 20 mins ago, checking my e-mail and what not when i get a call from a parent who wants me to tutor their daughter :) yupyup...

soooo.. praise GOD!!! i'm officially again a tutor and will begin this sunday.. a bit of extra cash in the pocket isn't bad :) i think i might have a few more but we'll see :) let God give

also had a good chill time with some ET UT boys :) thx guys for the BK... good stuff... and good chats

here's my small encouragment... listen to God, do what He says, and he'll bless you. It's true.. and don't forget it :) always smile too... makes other happy...

got work tomrorw mornign so that'll be tiring but dont' knwo how much longer i'm gonna work at no frills during the school year.. jsut too tough.. and if i get the new piano job (which is closer to my house) and a few more tutoring things then i should be set :)

new start

school that is, first week of school OVER!!! and everything's going pretty well

studying more :) ... kinda
doing my readings :) ... kinda
getting to class on time :) ... kinda
not playing jitz :) ... kinda
not playing WarIII :) ... seriously, gave disks to rents :)
no TV :) ... actually watching too much.. SO NO TV!!! seriously, no TV, or at least NO remote control :) again... self control needed...

so after not getting into waterloo for optometry, i am determined to study harder and volunteer more to get in next year. I believe the reason I didn't get in was due to lack of experience so going to call up a few departments at school and in different hospitals to see where I can volunteer. :) praying hard that God has something prepared for me. I think i'm even willing to mop the floor at like an eye clinic :) and if you know anyone that owns an eye clinic :) plz let me know... hahahahaha

speaking about work, still working at piano and no frills. Not as many hours as before but still making a good amount a month for part time i guess :) so praise God for that.

got a call today from another piano centre closer to my house (not in mississauga) and i have an interview next tuesday :). the hardest thing is i guess i have to quit the one in mississauga (company policies) and i'm going to miss those kids sooo much. but working closer to home has a lot of advantages as well

God has also blessed me with tons of oppurtunities to tutor and i'm taking every single one of them. none of them are confirmed yet though but hopefully in a week or two when those parents and students are settled, i'll get those phone calls :)

not much else, school's school... awesome profs. all very interested in what they're teaching (not like the ones that just care about their own research) but they really like to teach

still keeping my new years resolution, no sleeping in class :) and it's working out pretty well

b-day coming up for me, turning 21, can drink in the states now :) *sigh*

but that's bout it... gotta study hard.. tonz of tests overlapping in october... ah well.. that's life... and i'll hopefully blog about it :) GOD BLESS ALL!!! PEACE!!!!
